Terms of Service

These terms describe practical expectations for using InventoryWorks. They are not lawyer-approved legal advice.

Using InventoryWorks

InventoryWorks is a B2B inventory SaaS for managing products, suppliers, customers, purchase orders, shipments, invoices, and related business workflows. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service fits your business, accounting, tax, and compliance obligations.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, assigning appropriate user roles, reviewing activity in your workspace, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with other customers, upload unlawful content, send spam, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use InventoryWorks to violate applicable laws.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the business records you enter into InventoryWorks. You grant us the permissions needed to host, process, back up, secure, and support that data as part of providing the service.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product improves, and we may update these terms when needed.

Termination

You may stop using InventoryWorks at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment where applicable, or violations of these terms.
